Given the nature of our products and sanitary reasons we do NOT accept returns. If for any reason you receive a damaged product please reach out to our customer support and we will be more than happy to offer a replacement free of charge.
Our products are made in house by hand with lots of love which means that our shipping times are little longer than normal products. We strive to have your order packaged and ready for shipment within 3-8 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) IF for any reason your product has not shipped within that timeframe please don't hesitate to reach out to customer service for an order update.
